Quality Assurance Specialist
City: few cities
Scope of assignment:
Resident with presence in the production plant according to agreement with customer
Scope of duties:
- Direct contact person for customer in case of complaints
- Support of the complaint handling process with eventually decision making competence
- Approval of defect parts return to DE
- Approval of sorting instructions (drafts are created by external companies)
- Support in solving 0km quality problems and blocking of non conform parts
- Support of fast root cause analysis
- Attendance of damage part table/meetings at the line
- First communication to client DE-site and production plant
- Pre-analysis scope to be defined, if necessary
Qualifications:

business fluent English

knowledge of harnesses

desirable HV-knowledge
Communication:
- First source for all information from client in the factory
- Direct feedback of latest results to client (sorting results, case numbers, results of the preliminary analysis in the plant)
- Travel on the project is in some cases mandatory and should be done in coordination with internal departments
