Your responsibilities:

Designing innovative plant concepts (Industry 4.0, automation, digitization)

Enabling value stream for future products (electromobility, autonomous driving)
-
Managing projects, starting from budget planning and concept development through to implementation together with interface partners from procurement, series planning, maintenance and operations
-
Planning and designing efficient production processes in accordance with lean manufacturing principles, considering economic and ergonomic requirements, and continuously seeking improvements and solutions to ensure optimal project profitability

Preparation of documentation/instructions after implementing changes
-
Planning and designing efficient logistics processes
-
Making changes to existing solutions to improve their efficiency
Our requirements:
-
University degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering or electrical engineering
-
Professional experience in project management and strong organizational skills
-
English ang German language at the level of min. B2
-
Knowledge of project management methods
-
Advanced analytical and negotiation skills
-
Experience in a similar position (Project Manager, Production / Layout planner) CAD experience PLC programming knowledge desirable
